Mango Sour with Lemon Myrtle

The first of our "Vision Series" kettle sours is the Kensington Pride Mango with Lemon Myrtle. Predominantly a mango sour, the lemon myrtle, the highest natural source of the oil citral, brings some classic lemon myrtle flavour late in the palate to compliment the acidity. The result is a flavour journey, banging mango upfront carried to a delicate lemon myrtle finish.
